PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the aromatic carboxylic acid is provided to start the oxide reaction by using little power and to efficiently react by collecting the energy after the reaction. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the aromatic carboxyl is formed by the steps of: driving a compressor(6) by feeding the power source with a power device(5); heating the molecular oxygen including gas, pressurized in the compressor(6); obtaining the rotating force by introducing the heated and pressurized gas to an expander(7); and starting the oxide reaction by feeding a certain quantity of the pressurized molecular oxygen including gas to a reactor.
