PURPOSE: The information treatment apparatus prevents a CCD video camera from damaging. CONSTITUTION: The information treatment apparatus comprises: a base and a display part. The base having a keyboard. The display part having a display surface for displaying an image on a first surface against the keyboard. The display part having an image pick-up member, a receiving member, and a supporting member. The receiving member is formed tube type. The receiving member receives the image pick-up member. The supporting member supports the receiving member around of a step against the tube type for rotation movement to a perpendicular plane through an angle range about 180 degree.
