PURPOSE: A printer is provided to preheat the image that is attached on a paper sheet by the simple contact of a pad to a press cylinder as the upper ribbon of an applicator cylinder is fixed to the preheating device. CONSTITUTION: The securities safe printer comprises:an applicator cylinder(5) combined with a pad(52) by matching the decided position of a sheet; passing a sheet(1) between the cylinders by working with a press cylinder(4); two reels(B1,B2) for pushing and reeling the ribbon; and a device(13) for preheating upper ribbons(8,8a) of the applicator cylinder.
