PURPOSE: The stabilized composition by the dioxo-p-piperaziny derivative has an excellent resistance against the harmful effect of the light, the oxygen, and the heat. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises: a synthesis organic polymer selected from the class formed by the covering class of polyoxy methylene, polycarbonate, acryliconitric-butadiene-styrene three-phase polymer, organoleptic acrylic resin, and a cross-linking agent; a compound of the chemical formula (1) as a stabilizing agent. In the formula, s is 1-8; A is C1-C19 alkyl:NH2 hydroxy; R1, R2, R3, and R4 each individually form the cyclopentyl or the cyclohexyl ring by combining with the carbon atom with C1-C4 alkyl or R1 and R2 or R3 and R4; R5 is the hydrogen atom; C1-C18 alkyl; oxyl.
