PURPOSE:To provide a low-temperature sintering dielectric porcelain composition for providing a microwave dielectric resonator/filter constituted of a dielectric porcelain which showns the excellent feature in the characteristics of dielectric constant, unloaded Q, temperature coefficient at a resonant frequency and the like. CONSTITUTION:The composition represented by the following general formula: (1-a-b)BaO.aSrO.bCaO.x[(1-c)TiO2.cZrO2].yZnO (0<=a+b<=0.4, 0<=c<=0.2, 3.1<=x<=5.4, 0<=y<=2.9) is used as a main component, and at least a glass powder including B2O3 powder or B2O3 as one of glass components mixed as a subcomponent with the main component composition of 100 parts by weight at the ratio of 0.1 to 7.5 parts by weight on the basis of B2O3. |
