PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out the work for the partial grinding for the surface of a slab and improve the working environment for an operator. CONSTITUTION:A movable frame 14 is installed in a shiftable manner in the traveling direction, suppressing the shift in the lateral traveling direction, on a carriage 7 supported in a horizontally shiftable form in the lateral traveling direction crossing at right angle with the traveling direction of a dolly feame 2, by the dolly fmame 2 which can travel, and a grinding unit holer 22 joined with a grinding unit 30 is supported in the free elevating/lowering and in a horizontal turn enabled form by the movable frame 14. The movable frame 14 is repetitively reciprocation-shifted in the traveling direction within a range necessary for the partial grinding, together with the grinding wheel 31 of the grinding unit 30, by repetitively advancing and retreating the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder installed on the carriage 7. |
