PURPOSE:To shape a foam-molded product having a complicated form by using thermoplastic powder which is mainly composed of ethylene-alpha-olefinic copolymer rubber and a polyolefinic resin, and which consists of an elastmer composition having specific viscosity. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene-alpha-olefinic copolymer rubber and a polyolefinic resin are kneaded together, or, after adding an organic peroxide thereto and partially crosslinking them dynamically by an extruder or the like, they are crushed. This elastomer power is kept so that its complex dynamic viscosity eta* (1) measured by frequency at one radian/sec at 250 deg.C is 1.5X105 poises or below and the Newtonian viscosity index (n) obtained from the formula I on the basis of said eta* (1) and eta* (100) at 100 radian/sec is 0.67 or below. A non-foamed layer consisting of this powder and a foamed layer consisting of this powder and a thermal decomposion type foaming agent added thereto, or a liquid coating agent further added thereto, are molded integrally and heated to obtain a composite foam-molded product by a powder molding method. |
