PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler nonbending in staples, light in operation force and easy in replenishing the staples. SOLUTION: A body 10 is formed as a U-shaped structure, a clincher 12 is installed in the lower part, a magazine 8 for housing staples 15 is installed in the lower end part of the U-shaped upper part, a driver 7a and a guide 9 for guiding it are installed inside, a man-operable head cover 1A is installed so as to be vertically movable by wrapping the outer periphery of the body 10, and the driver 7a is vertically moved to the clincher 12. The staples in the magazine are fed by force of a magnet. A place for taking out the staples 15 by one by the driver 7a is formed as a slightly larger groove for passing these to prevent dislocation of a hit of the staples 15 and the driver 7a. The rear end side on the opposite side of the staple 15 taking-out side is also opened to replenish the staples 15 without releasing the magazine 8 from a frame.
