PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor reducing the use of a trocar in evisceration such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy to permit a lower-invasive surgical operation and eliminating the use of the trocar while reducing a scar after the operation, eliminating the need for a suture, and providing aesthetic advantages. SOLUTION: This surgical miniature loop retractor (MINI-LOOP- RETRACTOR) comprises an outer tube made of a metallic slender tube, a metallic inner needle fitted into the outer tube, and a metallic bar 20 with a steel wire loop 22 attached to its end 21 independently inserted into the outer tube. The fine steel wire loop 22 is attached to the end of the metallic bar 20 inserted into the outer tube and thereby a wire looping an internal organ is squeezed to grip internal organs such as the gallbladder, large intestine, or stomach to expand a surgical field, thus facilitating the evisceration intended.
