PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform the deodorization processing of the excreta of a storage type toilet or the like without the need of dipping up or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage tank 26 for housing the non-processed or preprocessed excreta and an excreta treating agent CP, an agitation mechanism 44 for mixing and agitating contents composed of the excreta and the excreta treating agent CP, a heating device 66 for heating the contents inside the storage tank 26 and an air supplier 29 for supplying air to the contents at the time of agitating the contents. The agitation mechanism 44 is constituted of a rotary shaft 50 to be rotationally driven and arms 52A-52C projected around the rotary shaft 50 and the rotary shaft 50 and the arms 52A-52C are composed of hollow members communicated to each other. The air supply side of the air supplier 29 is communicated and connected to the rotary shaft 50 and the air is jetted and supplied from the arms 52A-52C.
