PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost accompanying the installation of a hot water supply tank, to shorten a construction period, to effectively utilize a space and to improve the heat insulation performance and waterproof performance of a hot water supply equipment including the hot water supply tank. SOLUTION: This equipment unit of a unit bath 1, a unit toilet or a washing/ kitchen unit or the like is provided with a hot water supply function. The hot water supply tank 3a or the like for keeping the prescribed amount of hot water H at a prescribed temperature is incorporated in the equipment unit and made into a unit. Also, a bathtub 2 (water leakage prevention equipment) provided in the equipment unit and the hot water supply tank 3a or the like are integrally molded. Further, a heat exchange capable of heat exchange between the hot water or water inside the bathtub 2 and the hot water H inside the hot water supply tank 3a is provided. |
