PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game apparatus which enables easier selection of actions of a character with a specified input button kept depressed. SOLUTION: When an R1 button of a controller 116 is determined to be depressed, a CPU 101 adds a specified value to specific action points stored in a main memory 104. In a state where the R1 button is continued to be depressed for a specified time length so that the specific action points are accumulated to the maximum value, when a square shaped button or a triangular button of the controller 116 is depressed, the CPU 101 selects different specific actions separately. On the other hand, as long as the R1 button is continued to be depressed, when the square shaped button or the triangular button is depressed, even under the addition of the specific action points, the CPU 101 selects different normal actions separately. |
