<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce high concentration sake (refined rice wine) having a high amino acid content and capable of being used as a bathing agent, a skin lotion, etc., by using lees of rice wine at a low cost. SOLUTION: This high concentration sake having a high amino acid concentration of 2 or more of amino acid degree is produced by mixing lees of rice wine with sake to elute components in the lees of rice wine and pressing the mixture. The high concentration sake having a higher amino acid degree is obtained by repeating the said operation.</p> |
