PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading and unloading apparatus having a loading/ unloading operation amount setting means independently, capable of selecting and setting a loading/unloading operation amount arbitrarily with a single model of cylinder device serving as a working source. SOLUTION: To conduct desired loading/unloading operations for a work according to the operation of a single model of cylinder device, this loading and unloading apparatus fork lift is provided with operation amount setting means 60, 52b, 64, 66 which variably-sets the loading/unloading operation amount of loading/unloading members 44, 48, 50, 52 operated by the loading/unloading cylinder device, separately from the loading/unloading cylinder device.
