PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visiting card storing box capable of easily taking a visiting card out of the box with one hand even the last one without holding the box with both hands while it is being kept in a placed state. SOLUTION: A recess and a protrusion 3 are provided in and on one side face located on a shorter side of an outer box 1, respectively. One side face located on a shorter side of an inner box 4 is opened in a reversed trapezoidal shape, and an opening portion 6 is provided in a bottom face of the inner box 4 at a position not so far from an opened side face 5 of the inner box 4 so as to receive the protrusion 3 of the outer box 1. The protrusion 3 of the outer box 1 turned over is inserted into the opening portion 6 provided in the bottom face of the inner box 4, thereby mutually superposing the inner and outer boxes.
