PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a document from being damaged by fitting resin film so as to meet the electrostatic-attractable surface of an electrostatic-attractable base material, and forming at least either the electrostatic-attractable base material or the resin film out of transparent material, thereby copying the document without being dislocated. SOLUTION: An electrostatic-attractable base material 1 holds a document, so that the document can be conveyed automatically without being affixing onto the base material with tape or paste. Polyvinyl chloride film mixed with 40-60C organic ketone, polyvinyl chloride film mixed with an organic tin stabilizer, polypropylene film, or the like used as an electrostatic-attractable material. The electrostatic-attractable base materials are simply laminated on a sheet- shaped supporting body, or an electrostatic-attracting layer 2 is formed out of the layer of the electrostatic-attractable polymer. At least either the electrostatic-attractable base material 1 or the resin film 4 should have transparency to an extent that a device can read the document.
