PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rotating directions of a steering wheel in forwarding and backwarding coincide with the same direction when a vehicle revolves by providing a forwarding and backwarding switching device between an output shaft of a hydraulic motor of a steering HST and input gears of differential devices for steering and to prevent a curving direction from being mistaken because an operating direction automatically becomes opposite to revolution sense of an automobile at the time of backwarding. SOLUTION: This device is constituted to have a traveling and driving HST 21 constituted of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, a steering HST 22 and differential devices 6, 7 interlocked and connected to an output shaft of each hydraulic motor, to link a movable swash plate 57 of a hydraulic pump 52 of the traveling and driving HST 21 with a transmission pedal 15, to link a movable swash plate 76 of a hydraulic pump 71 of the steering HST 22 with a steering wheel 14 and to make a pair of left and right axles 40L/40R steerable/drivable. A forwarding/backwarding switching device 89 is provided between an output shaft of the hydraulic motor of the steering HST 21 and input gears of the differential devices for steering 6, 7. The forwarding/backwarding switching device 89 is interlocked and connected to a transmission pedal 15.
