SOLUTION: At the time of mounting the head on the center of this pillow, a head part dividing part 2 expanded upwards in a curve shape naturally tilts the head to the left or right and a side head part is mounted on a head part mounting part 3a or 3b. At the time, since a neck part is rolled on a neck part mounting part 6a (or 6b), a sideways body posture is smoothly formed. When the sideways posture is attained, an airway is not narrowed and the frictional sound and vibration sound of a secretion inside the airway and tissues surrounding the airway are not generated even when breathing by the mouth is performed. Since the neck part mounting parts 6a and 6b of different heights are respectively successively connected at the front and back in a vertical direction of the head part mounting area part, by sleeping while positioning the neck part so as to mount it on a more suitable neck part mounting part 6a or 6b corresponding to the shapes of the neck part and head part of a user, a more comfortable sleep effect is obtained.
