SOLUTION: This device is provided with a driver detecting means for detecting the actual driver of a vehicle in a prescribed range, traveling detecting means for detecting the traveling of vehicle, vehicle burglary judging means for judging the burglary of a vehicle when the driver is not detected by the driver detecting means and when the traveling of the vehicle is detected by the traveling detecting means, and forced stopping means for forcibly stopping the driving source of the vehicle when the burglary of the vehicle is judged by the vehicle burglary judging means.</p> |
