PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complicated electronic(E) mail transmission sentence template selecting work by selecting a template indicated by sort information as a template of an E mail destination when the number of sort information of a template stored for an inputted destination is only one. SOLUTION: When the sort information of plural templates for destinations is stored in a temprate group 11, a candidate list 9 for selecting one of plural templates indicated by the sort information is displayed. A template selection part 5 selects one of the templates in the list 9 as the template of an E mail destination 8. When the number 8 sort information of a template stored for an inputted E mail destination 8 is only one, the template indicated by the sort information is selected as the template of the destination 8.
