<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To power OFF or ON the electronic equipment through single operation by turning ON and OFF the power source of subordinate electronic equipment by using the ON/OFF operation of the switch of main electronic equipment for DC power supply to option equipment. SOLUTION: An AC power supply output terminal 2 is connected to an AC power supply terminal 1 and this AC power supply output terminal 2 is connected to the PC input terminal 4 of, for example, a personal computer as the main electronic equipment 3. The output of the power source is connected to the outlet of the personal computer and a plug 6 can be connected thereto. To the other end of the plug 6, an outlet 7 which can be connected to the input terminal of, for example, a mouse of the subordiante electronic equipment is connected. The outlet 7 and plug 6 are connected by a cable, etc. In this case, when a power switch SW is turned OFF, the DC power from the power source is not supplied and a relay circuit 8 is turned off to break a movable contact; and then the AC power line of the AC power supply terminal 1 turns OFF and the commercial AC power is supplied to neither a printer output terminal 9 nor a modem output terminal 10.</p> |
