PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a programmer to write an integral program without being conscious of a difference of memory handling methods between 1st and 2nd operating systems(OSs) by defining a combination type of a pointer and a handle and preparing a program by using an instruction for accessing a function to be functioned as a pointer-handle in the 1st and 2nd OSs. SOLUTION: A combination of a pointer and a handle is constituted as a structure or a shared body and newly defined as a pointer-handle type. A function for accessing a heap memory is defined by utilizing the pointer-handle. Four functions for the security of a memory area, the release of the secured memory area, the fixing of the memory area, and the release of fixing of the memory area are required. Interfaces for the function names, arguments and return values of these functions are integrated between respective OSs, A, B, practical processing is described in source codes of parts depending upon the OSs A, B and programming matched with the memory processing of respective OSs A, B is executed.
