PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate print finishing from a transparent negative original, a reflection original and a transparent positive original respectively by performing image analysis based on the information of specified part, deciding a 2nd image processing condition and performing conversion processing of a displayed image when the specified part of the image is indicated. SOLUTION: When an operator observes an image on a display 20 and instructs the position of a main subject, an image processing part 14 calculates the mean density of a prescribed discrimination area including the position, sequentially discriminates pixel areas having density that resembles the mean density and makes a set of these areas a main image area. Also, the part 14 reoperates image data based on characteristic quantity of a main image such as the mean density, maximum density and minimum density from the main image area and characteristic quantity (brightness and hue) to be a target. Image display on the display 20 is performed in this way and when the operator confirms it, this reoperation result is sent to a printing part 300 and exposure for print production is performed by using an exposing device. |
