PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of correctly controlling the position of a developing roller at a specified height position from a photosensitor drum, and preventing deviation in a range between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller from the occurrence. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so as to control the range between the photosensitor drum 11 and the developing roller 13 by holding the engaging roller 22 supported by both ends of the developing roller 13 in contact with range controlling parts 20a and 21a of controlling members 20 and 21 mounted on both ends of the photosensitor drum 11. Between the both controlling members 20 and 21 at least, on the controlling member 20 located on a driving end side of the developing roller 13, the height controlling part 20b for controlling the height position of the developing roller 13 by being brought into contact with the engaging roller 22 is integrally molded. The range controlling part 20a and the height controlling part 20b of this controlling member 20 are respectively formed in an almost L-type by a metallic blade, and moreover the blade thickness is formed between 1.2 and 10 mm. |
