PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a power supply section to supply power to the fixed radio terminal for a long time by reducing much power consumption of a call tone generating means while surely recognizing the arrival of a call through generation of a call tone. SOLUTION: The terminal is provided with a power supply state measurement means 14 that measures a state of the power supply, a power supply state storage means 16 that stores one or a plurality of power supply states in advance, a power supply state comparison means 19 that compares the measured power supply state with the power supply states stored in the power supply, a power supply state storage means 16 and a call tone generating number of times storage means 17 that stores in advance a plurality of call tone generating number of times. Upon the receipt of a call from an opposite telephone set, the comparison means 19 compares the state of power at the time with the power supply state stored in the power supply, a power supply state storage means 16, number of times of generating the call tone is decided based on the comparison result, and the call tone by the decided number of times is sent to a called telephone set to reduce the power consumption. |
