PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety with a simple and inexpensive configuration by recognizing an ground leakage level with a sensor and controlling an automatic shut-down means based on the output of the sensor. SOLUTION: An AC power supply which is fed from a printer outlet 106 is separated into a system that passes through a ground leakage detector 201, a circuit breaker 202, a noise filter 203, and a main switch 204 and is supplied to a printer and a system that is supplied to a reader. Then, a main switch 204 is made into a configuration capable of being shutting down by a remote signal 207 generated by an information provider(IP) 206 which is based on the output of the ground leakage detector 201. More specifically, control is made by the main switch 204 that is an automatic shut-down means using a central processing device, thus achieving high level of safety with an inexpensive configuration. |
