PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably reproduce binary data by eliminating dependence on DC control depending on extinction ratio in a received cell by providing a receiver with a gate control and holding circuit, etc., to hold outputted voltage of a DC feedback circuit between cells by a signal between cells. SOLUTION: The outputted voltage of the DC feedback circuit 7 is held by detecting voltage only between the cells (a light off level) by the signals between the cells at the gate control holding circuit 6. Since opposite phase inputted voltage of an amplifier 3 follows up only the light off level by this operation, DC feedback control is performed independently of the extinction ratio in the cell. When the cell is inputted, voltage which is about a half of inputted amplitude is generated by output of an amplitude detector 4 and output of the gate control and holding circuit 6 by a threshold generation 5 and the voltage becomes the opposite phase inputted voltage of the amplifier 3. Since an inputted waveform is identified and amplified by the voltage, an exact threshold is generated even for the cell with small light receiving power. |
