PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the quantity of information for a program in television broadcasting and to enable a seamless connection to the other information on the internet as well. SOLUTION: The HTML of an internet 4 related to the contents of television broadcasting is selected, this selected HTML information signal is combined with the signal component of a vertical fly-back period in the case of return from the end of a final scanning line to the start of a first scanning line in a video signal, a synthetic video signal combining the HTML information signal with this signal part of the vertical fly-back period is sent out, the synthetic video signal received by reception equipment is separated to the video signal of television broadcasting and the HTML information signal and an image based on the separated video signal and internet information related to the contents of television broadcasting based on the separated HTML information signal are displayed.
