PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the optical axes of the respective lenses of a projection lens system from being deviated and to obtain a high-quality projected picture in spite of reducing the number of components, improving working efficiency at an assembling time and enhancing assembling accuracy in accordance with the reduction of the number of components. SOLUTION: This projection lens device 1 is provided with a picture display device 3, the projection lens system 5 consisting of the plural lenses L1, L2, L3 and L4 for projecting the display picture of the display device 3, a lens barrel 2 in which the lens system 5 is disposed and a coupler 4 for coupling the display device 3 and the lens barrel 2. Then, an internal pressure adjustment valve 26 adjusting the internal pressure of liquid 32 with which a coupler is filled is fixed by a pressing member 10 integrally arranged with the lens barrel 2.
