PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fixing work to a door smooth, by forming a key engaging trench engaging with a key of a key handle, and a protrusion engaging with a pivoting amount regulating trench on the front end surface of a head part of a shaft. SOLUTION: A pivoting amount regulating trench 5 is formed on the rear side of a front plate 4 of a main body 1 in which a key insertion hole 3 of a key handle is formed. A head part 6a of a shaft 6 for fixing a locking segment is pivotally fitted in a screw cylinder part 2 of the main body 1. A screw part 6b for screwing a nut for fixing the locking segment is formed in the base part of the shaft 6. In the intermediate part, a square shaft part 7 for attaching the locking segment is formed. A key engaging trench 8 of a key handle is formed on the front end surface of the head part 6a of the shaft 6. A protrusion 9 engaging with the pivoting amount regulating trench 5 of the front plate 4 is formed on the front end face of the head part 6a. As a result, fixing work to a door is smoothly enabled, and long term endurance is realized.
