PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message conversion method for precisely transmitting a message with a simple operation and to provide the technology of mobile communication equipment with message conversion function. SOLUTION: This mobile communication equipment is provided with an operation part 8 having a key for message generation, a message storage memory 10 storing the generated message, a display part 9 displaying the message and the like, a message conversion part 20 converting the messages into private codes different for respective communication business persons, a temporary memory 30 which temporarily stores the message converted into the private code by the message conversion part and a transmission function transmitting the message in the temporary memory 30 to a message destination. In this method, a stage where a message transmission start code and a transmission termination code are added is contained.
