PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adaptor which is allowed to be automatically set up to a write waiting state and writing operation state and easily stored in a shield box of a writer by instructing the start of public subscriber's data write waiting operation and instructing a radio integrated type data card held at a waiting state to start writing operation. SOLUTION: When a data card is accurately inserted into a PC card slot (101), card initializing processing for the inserted card is executed (102). An MPU receiving a waiting completion response sends a subscriber's data write request command to the data card (106). At the end of a subscriber's data writing sequence, the data card sends a subscriber's data write completion response to the adaptor. Then prescribed write completion display is executed (108). Consequently a PC provided with a PC card slot is made unnecessary and the adaptor can be easily stored in the shield box.
