<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device and to permit high-speed beam scanning by providing a movable part coupled to a primary radiator and a second transmission line electromagnetically coupled with a first transmission line, detecting the position of the movable part and composing the device of a means for displacing the movable position corresponding to a movable part position signal. SOLUTION: A movable part 31 faces a fixed part 32 and is displaced in a prescribed direction. A dielectric strip 11 is provided between a lower conductor plate 14 and an upper conductor plate at the movable part 31, and a first non-radioactive dielectric line(NRD guide) is constituted. A dielectric strip 12 is provided between the lower conductor plate 16 and the upper conductor plate at the fixed part 32 and a second NRD guide is constituted. A primary radiator 13 composed of a columnar dielectric resonator is provided at one terminal part of the dielectric strip 11 on the side of the movable part 31. A linearly polarized electromagnetic wave is vertically radiated through an aperture part onto the conductor plate 14, and a dielectric lens 18 converges the electromagnetic wave and forms a prescribed beam. The movable part 31 is displaced relatively to the fixed part 32 and a transmission/reception beam is deflected.</p> |
