PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stacked inductor array in which each inductor has equal inductance, regardless of the arrangement position in a laminate. SOLUTION: An insulating sheet 21 on which inner conductors 25a-28a are formed, an insulating sheet 22 on which inner conductors 25b-28b are formed, and a protective sheet 23 are stacked, and a laminate is constituted. When distances d1 between the longitudinal direction end surfaces of the laminate and inductors 25, 28 adjacent to the end surfaces are smaller than or equal to a specified value, the inner conductors 25a, 25b, 27a, 28b which constitute the inductors 25, 28 on the end surface sides are made to zigzag toward the sides of inductors 26, 27.
