PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a screen with a sense of reality by the simple operation of a controller by controlling the level of the change of the display of an animation of a specific object according to the operating time of an inputting means by a user. SOLUTION: An operating time obtaining part 22 obtains a continuous time (operating time information taken since a specific button provided at an inputting part 21 is depressed until the button is released based on an operation signal transmitted from the inputting part 21. A parameter deciding part 23 calculates a parameter corresponding to the operating time information by referring to a parameter storage table 24. An image data generating part 25 continuously generates the image data of the specific object according to the parameter transmitted from the parameter deciding part 23 based on the plotting data of the specific object stored in a plotting data storing part 26. That is, image data for animation-displaying the specific object according to the parameter are generated and transmitted to a display control part 27.
