PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to control consciously a reception operation at a prescribed address. SOLUTION: In the case of receiving a specific message through a reception section 10, a control section 70 controls the reception section 10 so that reception at a prescribed address having 'with function setting' is conducted based on a function setting flag in an address management table 22. Furthermore, the control section 70 starts a timer circuit 60 together with the reception of the specific message to allow the timer circuit 60 to count the elapsed period. Then a timer comparison means 72 compares the elapsed period count with an elapsed period setting value corresponding to the prescribed address in the address management table 22 and controls the reception section 10 so that the reception at the prescribed address is stopped when the elapsed period count exceeds the elapsed period.
