PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission and reception of desired image information. SOLUTION: A request for an image indicating the scenery of a desired spot (position information) is outputted from a following automobile 2 to a preceding automobile 1. The automobile 1 retrieves an image indicating the scenery of the desired spot from images picked-up and stored by an on-vehicle camera based on the position information, and transmits the image to the automobile 2. The automobile 2 displays the received image, and uses it for traveling guide or the like.
