PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply control device that prevents the short- circuiting of a power cable and a vehicle fire due to the fault of a load-drive element itself, detects the short-circuiting and burnout of a drive load, at the same time, informs the outside of a state, and can reduce power consumption without using electrical equipment. SOLUTION: A power supply distributor 4 for distributing a power supply is provided in a power cable 3 from a battery 1, power cables 5, 6, and 7 of each system are wired from the power supply distributor 4, and furthermore, power supply terminals 8, 11, 14, 18 and 21 are provided with the tip of the power cables 5, 6, and 7, and power is supplied with respect to various electric loading devices 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, and 22 from the power supply terminals.
