PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital exchange system where the load of a main controller can be reduced and mass data can be transferred between auxiliary controllers. SOLUTION: A main controller 1 sets different time channels in an A controller 5 and a B controller 10 through a TDSW(time dividing switch) control part 4 and TDSW 33. A channel K which is set in the A controller 5 and a channel L which is set in the B controller 10 are connected. Thus, the A controller 5 and the B controller 10 are connected by a time divisional/multiplex PCM transmission line 19, and control data can directly be transferred from the A controller 5 to the B controller 10. Since time divisional/multiplex transmission is realized, the number of used channels can be increased/decreased and a large capacity is provided.
