PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recording and reproducing device which can make a voice recognition device perform voice recognizing processing only by reproducing and outputting voice data, and which is easy to use. SOLUTION: This voice recording and reproducing device can be connected with a voice recognizing device, reproduces and outputs recorded voice data to the voice recognition device, and is provided with a recording medium 7 in which voice data is recorded, a system control section 6 in which a voice command for controlling start, finish, and the like of voice recognizing by the voice recognition device is stored and a voice command is inserted to voice data by keeping voiceless data between them, an EAR terminal 13 outputting voice data to which the prescribed voice command is inserted to the voice recognizing device, and an operation input section 9 which can change the length of a voice command and voiceless data. |
