PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting and processing customer's information for collecting customer's information such as the residence distribution of a customer by obtaining a method for obtaining a ticket from the ticket brought in by a customer who visits a store, and for collecting customer' information useful to a strategy for positively inviting customers who frequently use the store. SOLUTION: This is a method for collecting and processing customer's information by using a POS device 1 in a store equipped with a bar code reader 2 and the POS device 1 having output devices 1-4-1-7 for operating display or printing. In this case, plural kinds of tickets on which customer's information such as a distribution area and a distribution method and merchandise information such as a discount sum is preliminarily printed as a bar code symbol are distributed, and when the customer visits a store with the ticket, the bar code symbol of the collected ticket is read by the bar code reader 2, and the customer's information and the discount sum information is restored from the read bar code symbol, and the customer's information is totaled for each kind of the ticket. |
