PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent sound absorbing without increasing thickness and volumetric specific gravity by point sticking a synthetic resin film of specified thickness holes and imparted with ventilation on at least one side of sheet like sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin film having the thickness of 0.01 mm < and <0.15 mm, with holes and imparted with the ventilation is point stuck to at least one side of the sheet like sound absorbing material. The flexible synthetic resin film having the thickness of 0.01 mm < and <0.15 mm, with holes becomes a vibration body receiving a sound wave, and since flexibility of film, the point sticking for the sheet like sound absorbing material and the sheet like sound absorbing material function each other to attenuate the sound wave, effective dumping is obtained. Further, the sound passing through the ventilation part of the synthetic resin film with holes for imparting the ventilation is absorbed by the sheet like sound absorbing material, and an excellent sound absorbing effect is obtained by dumping and sound absorbing of the original sheet like sound absorbing material.
