PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user utilizing an electronic mall system to obtain satisfaction by promoting the user to communicate with other users. SOLUTION: An introduction information data base for storing the introduction information of users having purchased commodities is previously prepared, a user check screen for checking whether user communication service has been used or not is displayed on the terminal equipment of a user purchasing a commodity by an electronic mall, the information indicating the existence of use and inputted to the use check picture is registered in the introduction information data base. When a retrieval instruction for a certain user is generated, the introduction information data base is retrieved based on a retrieving condition for the user, an introduction information screen HG5 for the user hit by the retrieval can be displayed on the terminal equipment of the user himself (or herself) and the introduction information screen HG6 of the user can be displayed also on the terminal equipment of another user. |
