PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously judge whether a congestion state of a network is proper or not and to specifically judge a degree of improperness when the congestion state of the network is improper by displaying properness when a value of acquired network control information is proper and displaying the connectable number of terminals to be connected or the restricted number of connection of the terminals when the value is improper. SOLUTION: Information is acquired from an MIB 12 regarding the number of the terminals to be connected and a traffic value, is returned to an SNMP manager 22 by an SNMP agent 13 of the a device 10 to be controlled and is outputted from the SNMP manager 22 to a data analyzing part 24. Thus, the value of the network control information is acquired by a controller 20 and the number of the terminals to be connected is judged whether it is proper or not as the state of the network from the acquired value, a range of the number of the terminals to be connected which is previously regarded as normally proper in the network and a value which is set as the traffic value. When the value is proper, the properness is displayed and when the value is not proper, the specific connectable number of the terminals or the restricted number of the connection of the terminals to make the value proper are displayed as a diagnostic result. |
