PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee quality measuring device capable of judging the quality of coffee, and capable of suppressing fluctuation of measured values, and having improved measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: Problems can be solved by this coffee quality measuring device equipped with a panel 7 installed on the upper part of an opening 8 of a coffee preserver such as a coffee decanter or the like for maintaining the preserving coffee extracted from raw material at a suitable temperature and for supplying it if the need arises, and with smell sensors 9A, 9B for judging the quality of a coffee placed between the under face of the panel 7 and the opening 8. It is preferable to judge the quality of the coffee by using smell sensors 9A, 9B of plural kinds and by using the means value obtained by averaging, at prescribed intervals, the output data outputted continuously. |
