PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit functions such as pollutant decomposition, sterilizing, a mold-proof characteristic, and a luminous property by laminating a first sheet member having a first electrode and a second sheet member having a second electrode via a spacer and providing a luminous member and a photocatalyst on a switch pressing operation side. SOLUTION: This switch includes first and second sheet members 1, 2, a spacer member 3, a viscous agent (or an adhesive) 4, first and second electrodes 5, 6, and a functional member layer 20. The functional member 20 is constructed of a SiO2 thin film or a fluorine resin thin film, and each of photocatalyst grain and a luminous member is mixed at a ratio of several-10 wt.%. The photocatalyst grain made of TiO2 is provided with a grain size ranging from several nm to severalμm. The photocatalyst grain may be impregnated with an organic solvent such as aniline. When an epoxy resin or acrylic resin is applied as a hard coat layer, the photocatalyst grain may be coated with ceramic apatite.
