FACSIMILE CONSIGNMENT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM THAT EDITS AND DISTRIBUTE SIMILAR DOCUMENT TO MANY RECEIVING TERMINALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile consignment distribution system which automatically provides the service for editing and distributing similar documents to many receiving terminals. SOLUTION: This system is connected to many facsimile devices 22 through a communication line 18 and also connected to a requester computer 20 through the communication line 18. Image data of a base document, definition information on an insert block set on the base document, insert data to be inserted into the insert block, and insert data by destinations which have insert data to be inserted into the insert block defined by destination FAX numbers are received. Insert data made to correspond to a destination FAX number in the insert data by the destinations are expanded into a bit map in the corresponding insert block on the base document surface on a memory. The document image data composed on the memory are faxed to the destination FAX number.
