<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently manage a care plan from the generation of the plan till the approval of actual care results concerning a care plan to which a person necessary to be cared, a caring person, a care executing organization and a care plan generating organization. SOLUTION: A care insurance managing part 2 registers the information on person necessary to be cared in accordance with the application of person necessary to be cared 11 and issues a care necessity card where an individual approval code is stored. A care plan generation support part 5 generates the care plan for the person necessary to be cared and an actual care result managing part 7 assings the person necessary to be cared 8 to the respective care plans and registers it in the care plan DB 16. A care activity support part 10 obtains the care plan in charge and sets the individual approval code and that of the caring person inputted from the care necessity card concerning the executed care plan and transfers them to the actual care result managing part 7 as the actual care results. The actual care result managing part 7 approves the actual care results when the set individual approval code is proper and requests an insurance person 1 to pay the expenditure.</p> |
