<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure communication quality in a class with high priority rather than communication quality in a class with low priority when a buffer is depleted by transferring refusal of data reception to a priority class buffer at the input side which is specified by a structuring definition when consumption of the buffer exceeds a specified amount. SOLUTION: In a priority class buffer 323 in a group of priority class buffers 32 at the output side, the refusal of data reception is informed to the priority class buffer 314 in a group of priority class buffers at the input side which are previously specified when a pointer 633 to indicate a use state of the present buffer exceeds a specified value by pointers 631, 632 to control allocation amount of the buffer and the pointer 633. Data transfer to a priority class buffer 324 is stopped from the priority class buffer 314. Thus, the buffer is preferentially allocated to the priority class buffer 323 by securing the remaining buffer of the priority class buffer 324.</p> |
