In such a case, the video signal line D2401 of the dummy installed on the outer side of the outermost side D2400 of the video signal line drive IC chip ICM furthest from the scanning signal line drive IC installation side is connected to & two adjacent video signal lines D2399 on the scanning signal line drive IC installation side.
